The Fred M. Ellis Memorial Campground is a small camping area located on the edge of the Little Belt Mountains, 1/8 of a mile outside of the Lewis and Clark National Forest Service. This campground is on the C.M. Russell Trail, which runs along the Souht Fork of the Judith River, but is actually located on private property, but open for public use. You can also find all kinds of recreational opportunties in this such as; hiking, motorbiking, ATV, horseback riding, fishing and hunting. Enjoy!

Starting from Highway 87, turn onto MT-541 for 11 miles until you reach the town of Utica, at the Utica Loop turn right onto the gravel road, Pigeye Rd, which turns into S. Fork Road and keep going for about 14 miles, campground will be on the left.
